Vorn is a state in U-Lyshak neighboring to Helyssa, it is ruled by a
man called Boshkar, a greedy and warlike man.
During the state crisis that has been in Helyssa lord Boshkar has
been planning on how to be able to take control of Helyssa too, and by
doing that inside that he has the entire U-Lyshak in his hands.
