SARAL

One of the now largest Saralii realms, about 600.000 inh. 95% humans, Jameri with a elite of Zori. It is located in the southern parts of Saralis, a very prosperous land with many rivers. It is probably the most developed country both culturally and technological in all of Saralis.
Capital
The city of Saral has 22.000 inh. It is a large and beautiful city and do make the impression of being the new capital of Saralis as it is claimed by the ruler. The city in spite of the many wars the country fights is a spurdling trade center.
Regent
Damos Huroth Alizon II. Damos has borrowed gold from the trade prince's of Lethys to finance it's aggressions against the neighboring countries. The princes are starting to loose patience with lord Damos and wants to see results in gold or goods. His era of power ends quickly after the invasion when he is beheaded.
Anmurdio and Ghaiya T'Aclatan rules after the Invasion in 6.054 TEI (storyline after wyvern legacy). At first they have very hard time being accepted by the nobles in the country but that changes with time and the war helps unifying the land.
After the Crowning of the new Empire of Saralis they rule as Emperor and Empress.
The Empress Ghaiya T'Aclatan engages mostly in the politics while her husband Anmurdio is more engaged with the area of his expertise... war.
Politics
Saral has been at peace since they conquered Samāla in -51. there have been several fights along the border to Dorman and Arran but war has never broken out, mostly because Saral has been in a economical crisis since the economical blockade by the trade princes of Lethys for not paying their debts.
When the attack from Dorman comes (Wyvern legacy storyline), Saral is not quite prepared for the onslaught that Dorman puts up, especially with their new alliance (see Dorman), mostly due to the economy. When the help from "Wulris" comes it is accepted without a doubt and with large gratefulness.
Nobody knew the truth of the terrible truth about the reinforcements and gold that came from Wulris, given by lord Argos of Wulris. After a while when the situation between Dorman and Saral has stabilized a little the plot is exposed. All of the supporting forces from Wulris is loyal to the Dragon lord Sulthon Ni'Shaang and Argos of Wulris proves to be one of the Dragons best commanders, the man that conquered Wulris. Anmurdio T'Aclatan.
In less then a week the mightiest real in the entire Saralis falls, the only place of greater resistance is the Temple of the Wyvern Order, but after another week that too is conquered, Saral becomes a realm of the Dragons domains.
In the Summer of 6.055 things change again, Saral is declared an independent state and with the states of Edam, Nowam, Arran and the newly reformed Samāla they become the Empire of Saralis, every state keeps their present rulers, and they answer only for the Emperor and Empress Anmurdio and Ghaiya T'Aclatan.

This city was taken by Dormanian and Lugrōki forced in the early stages of the war. It is retaken with great loss in the early summer of 6.055. By then there are no traces left of the civil population, the Lugrōki forces has made a fortress-town of the city.
After it is retaken the city is kept only as a fortress, what was destroyed in the siege and attack is rebuilt and it becomes the strongest fort along the northern border.

A small town just south of Gōl, the town has been largely abandoned during the time of war being so close to the front

This town, located deep within the forest is not noted so much by the change of regime or the war, laying so isolated it continues it's everyday life, not getting any problems until the winter of 5.056 when it is harassed by Lugrōki forces that were repelled from an attack against the capital.
Corrān
This small city is laid under siege by strong Lugrōki forces in the winter of 6.056, they effectively hunt down any messengers trying to have word for the capital about reinforcements. They also block the way south towards the capital and with everything else going on this is not noticed by all and they get no relive at once.
The city has 900 inhabitants and is well fortified on all sides except the sea, the guard of almost 100 persons are quickly reduced during the siege.
The city's main income is through the sea by fishing, this is something the enemy forces cannot do anything about so the city never starves.

Timeline
6.051 - Samāla is conquered by a sneak attack and becomes part of Saral.
6.053 - Hostilities begin with their northern neighbor Dorman, all out war breaks out at early 6.054.
6.054, Fall- Saral becomes conquered by infiltration by Anmurdio T'Aclatan, comes under the Dragons rule.
01/3-6.055 - Saralis becomes a Empire, consisting of
Saral, Arran, Edam, Samāla and Nowam. The first new emperor is the
Warlord Anmurdio T'Aclatan.
A alliance is declared with the Dragon.

First of spring 6.055 - Anmurdio T'Aclatan weds the elven bard and adventurer Ghaiya.
In the Summer of 6.055, a little over two months after the invasion (overtaking), there is great celebrations in Saral. The Warlord Anmurdio T'Aclatan is made emperor over Saralis, his wife Ghaiya T'Aclatan is Empress. The crowning is not argued with any of the involved parties. Karima's, Kaman's, Elkas and Dorman's representatives are not there though.

Organizations
Saral has the largest part of the knights Order of the Wyvern. Originally a order that guarded the Champion of Saralis, now they more guard the Country Saralis against evil. The order was destroyed during the invasion of Elkas and Saral but has since then been restarted by Kieron Platory after the unification of Saralis (01/3-55) and him as a champion(26/3-55). The restarts goes very slow without money and war everywhere.
In early 6.056 the Church of Eissa goes in and aids the order economically in order to even out the religion in the state a little, they also sends for representatives from all the churches of Orhan not presented in the capital.
The spy network - In 6.054 a very skilled magician starts building up a network of spies in the city, working directly to the government
