DATA SUIT

This incredibly thin suit is meant to be worn under Landmates, and transmits the wearer's commands to the landmate. It protects against acids, alkali's and other chemicals, lets sweat escape while repelling water and cushions shock. Apparently if the wearer is knifed it would hurt a great deal but the blade would not penetrate the data suit. It's made if the same materials used to coat cyborg and landmate musculature. Data suits come in a variety of colors and pattern and are made by several different companies. Due to the tight fit and variations in height, weight and structure, each data suit is custom made for the specific wearer.

It is advisable to wear this when driving a Landmate or Battle armor.

OPTIC CAMOUFLAGE

A very thin suit that can not be worn with any other part of armor or heavy clothing.

The Optic suit bends the light around the wearer and makes him/her virtually invisible, the wearer becomes more visible when moving.

This is a very high-tech item, highly illegal to use and very hard to come by.

Notes: This item is not appearing in the Appleseed series, but is taken from the movie "Ghost in the Shell".
