Tarek Nev, For millennia’s ago a great power whom evoked fear in it’s neighbors, the simple people of Meluria didn’t understand the powerful magic the Nurieti wielded. Until a few years ago only ruins were the once so powerful city-state had been, then adventurers awaked the "sleeping" god-queen of the Nurieti.

Regent

V’rama Vair, bastard daughter of Kadæna herself, hidden by her father Eogen she survived the first cataclysm and the dark ages. In the beginning of the second era she announced herself among the people and got many followers, then she went to war and conquered the city of Tarek Nev, that was the beginning of her rule. During the wars of dominion the forces of light (Loremasters with a army of winged Amarrachi) destroyed the city, and killed most of the people living there, the Nurieti as a race is said to be extinct since then.

Other Cities

During the time of her empire there were several cities ruled by the Nurieti, now only ruins remain of them. Many of the ruins can be found away from Aranmor, mainly in Meluria and Plasidar.

Religion

The Empress was the first god for her people; her father was called the God who walks like a man, in addition to this, temples sprung up devoted to the Gods of the Black Hêl. The dark gods of the Nurieti.

During the wars of Dominion the gods of the Black Hêl was destroyed or banished and their influence is minimal now, only Origiana managed to escape the cataclysm and resides now on Charón.

Tilak the Defiler

Once one of the gladiators sent to die on the arena to satisfy V’rama's lusts for blood, he became victorious in fight after fight, and after a while he attracted V’rama's attention so much that he became her lover and bodyguard. He was equipped with the best armor and sword that could be found.

The father of V’rama Vair, The mortal lover to Kadæna.

Home of many dark gods, ruled by the evil Mistress of the dark, Origiana.

The Gods of Black Hêl

The foremost of the gods and the mightiest is Origiana, Mistress of the Dark. It was she who first contacted V’rama Vair when V’rama begged the darkness to give her power

The Demons of Black Hêl

Although they differ completely from the demons of the pales, they are all evil and subjects under Unlife. The lesser of these demons can be divided into seven wards, these are:

  4. The Protectors

  5. The Slayers

  6. The Fulfillers

  7. The Fateless
