A once mighty empire, it was formed by a group of refugees during the Wars of Domination by a group of Zori fleeing the Unlife. After a hard and perilous journey they arrived at Claedesbrim Bay where they managed to hide from their enemies.
To show their gratefulness towards the priests and magicians who have saved their lives and souls, the people made them their leaders. A council was founded, of 12 men, each from the different Arcanum's of Zor. And they built a city, Quellbourne, that became their capital.
The land prospered and everything worked well until the year 5840 T.E.I. One of the council, a sorcerer named Zenon fell to Unlife. He betrayed the city and opened the gates for it's enemy's. Over one terrible and bloody night the great empire of Quellbourne fell, demons and trolls wrought havoc in the streets and a very few survived. During the month's that followed the Sea Kral took opportunity in the fall of the empire. they sacked and plundered the coastal towns and city's.
It is rumored that Zenon, now mad by the knowledge of what he has done, still wanders the desolate streets of Quellbourne.
Kelfor's Landing

Kelfor's Landing is conquered by the Dragon lords forces in fall -52, one of their main targets they need take to be able to attack Saralis from the north. South of the little Trapper town lies one of the largest passes through the mountains, the Wyvern Pass. By capturing that they will be able to attack Saralis through Elkas and at the same time cut Lorgalis possibilities to get reinforcements through the mountains. The plan is to attack both Elkas and Edama at the same time, taking both the coastlines.
In the town there is little difference, the enemy only patrols, keeping the peace and besides that there is almost only humans as it was before.
Outside the town there are large forces of Lugrôki, they are set aside for taking the pass and attacking Lorgalis from the north when the spring comes.
The magician Vordal Ameris, a Dyar from Urthonis Kalthul have been given the responsibility for the city and is now acting mayor, a roll he don't like much at all, it has brought a lot of duty's he don't think he's got the time with, rather spending his time studying magic.
The Wyvern Campaign
From the start Vordal saw the characters as troublesome adventures, but after they get back from Mur Fostisyr (If they get back) he looks at them with renewed respect. He will now start to inform the Dragon of their doings.
Sen Dalatin, the Alchemist have also got an interest in the characters, his interest is purely for his own sake though. He will investigate them, se where they have been, where they got all the magic weapons from and so, he will not do this himself but probably hire a thief or something to do the job for them.
