Lords in the western marches has risen against the empire, tempted by the Helyssan royalists and the disturbances in the northern kingdom of Vornia.
Baron Dovol of Tyres is under siege as he refused to break the allegiance with the empire and is now waiting reinforcements from the empire or other loyal lords. The way it seems with the recent uprising in the southern Meluria he has a hard summer to look forward to, making reinforcements all but impossible and the other loyalists in the Western Marches have problems too with rebellious lords.

Reports also have come in that the western border has over and over again been breached by forces of the heathen church of Yaarth, claiming to search for rebel royalists. Ever since King Halek of Helyssa died in his accident in ’46 and the heathen church of Yaarth took over, the region has been troubled by numerous small uprisings and monstrosities from the reigning church.
