Southern Rhakhaan
Rhakhaanese Counties and Duchies
This is the center for the Fiery Wings campaign, especially the Duchy of Esov Mur. The descriptions are all centered around the year 6.051, spilling into 6.051 as the campaign develops.
Hælibron
The Marquessate closest to the Yinka border, also a very strong military power, usually had a legion on constant alert for an invading army.
The Marquess of Hælibron, Lord Ion Lydania, Marquess of Hælibron,
Viscount
Swink, Baron Ryzendia, sent a reinforced legion after the Invading
Yinka army when he discovered that they defeated both the troops guarding
the pass and the southern half legion. After seeing the devastation
the legion commander will go into other counties under the Imperial
Rhakhaanese flag instead of the flag of Hælibron as it originally fights
under, he will not rest until every one in the invading army is hunted
down and hanged. Due to all the attacks on civil populations he considers
the Yinka as a brigand army and will show no pardon.
Quendara/Lethys
This princedom is the most economically powerful part
of Rhakhaan, ruled from the city of Lethys by Prince Westley Malvion
Taniador, his Royal Highness the Prince of Lethys,
Duke of Lethana and Quendara, Quendara has not suffered any problem
with the Yinka army but has sent a small elven army from their free
companies (two Cohorts) to aid their neighbors, most of these elves
are skilled rangers and they are very fast moving even though most part
is infantry.
The Elven Cohorts will fight 'hit and run' warfare until they wear the attackers down, since their lines consist of elves only they can be particularly ruthless fighting human barbarians, and any threats of reprisals will not effect them at all since all reprisals will be against humans of Hnydar, that normally have no love for elves at all.
Hneydar
Hneydar is a Marquessate that covers most of the south of the Rhakaneese peninsula, it's capitol is the city of Duraan that is a great trade metropolis as it lays near the cost and one of the most common places to travel to Ormian and Nomikos.
Hneydar is ruled by Lord Gyles Kondiis, Marquess of Hneydar (The Tern), Count of Calærmian , Viscount Sunill, Baron Rhonada.

Alacta
Alacta is a county in north eastern Hnydar, it is ruled by Countess Isador domo Antia Alactina. The major city in Alacta is Antia a small but rich trade city.
In the fall of 6.050 the city was sacked by the invading Yinka army on route south, Isador escapes the sacking of the city and immediately starts gathering an army to avenge the place what has been her home for her entire life. She will not rest until all the 'criminals' are hung, even if she has to follow them into Yinka lands. She drives the invading army deep into Meluria before destroying it completely.
Esov Mur
Esov Mur is the southern most of the Rhakaneese duchies, it is a costal land that is very fertile from all the rivers flowing down from the gray mountains.
The city of Duraan is the capitol of Esov Mur, where Duke Dorsen Bourne resides.
Esov Mur do not have so impressive army being a relatively small Duchy, but instead it's fleet is responsible to guard most of the Rhakhaan southern coastline and the navy is very large.
Esov Mur also has a relatively large Sulini population, but they live among the normal people there and their blood is getting mixed and in a few more generations there will be no way to tell them from the rest of the population.
Ostland
The eastern parts of Esov Mur is mostly mountains and hills, lands rich in both ores and dangers, the leader over this area is Baron Machaera who also controls the fort Arx Temero [Ez. The dark fort], it is a huge fort housing over two cohort garrison at peacetime with room for a full Imperial Legion.
Machaera is only a baron but by wars with his neighbors he has got in power over most of the eastern part of Esov Mur/Hneydar, the area called Sir-Laar in the past. The northeastern parts of Machaera's realm borders to Tanara and the Sulini lands and there is only a small strip of mountains and hills between, this region is very sparsely populated though and most thinks that the mountains just continue there, not knowing about Tanara.
Sevi
Sevi is a small barony inside Esov Mur, it is located west of Esov Turic and it's center is the city of Sevi along the costal road.
Esov Turic
Esoc Turic (E. East Gate), Esov Turic (E. East Gate) is the name of a town, monastery and palace within the duchy of Esov Mur but under the independent rule of the Archprelate. It stands in the southwestern foothills of the Grey Mountains. Whoever holds this title is the highest ranking official of the United Orhan Church. In addition to being the official religious administrator of the entire Rhakhaan Empire, he is responsible for the Archdiocese of Encla Wde (E. East Hills), a region encompassing Bsirbron, Alacta, Hneydar, Quendara.
