Fauna

On the Isles lives a myriad of animal life not seen anywhere else in the world, monkeys and parrots of all sorts and many poisonous snakes and bug's.

Emera Lizard
Named after the Emerald color of it skin, it have clear blue eyes that look very intelligent (although it's not). It can be between 30 - 90cm (1-3') in length, and is omnivorous but it prefers sweet fruits. It have become a very popular pet among travelers and children.

Laonar
A completely white monkey, can be about 1meter high (about 3'). It is a very intelligent animal and can learn simple sign language, very common for ships captains to have them onboard their ships, it is also considered to bring luck. These animals are very rare in the wild, and very expensive to buy (about 5 gold).

Jakol Dogs
Small strong animals (about the size of a terrier) with a soft brown spotted fur that are very noisy, popular guard dogs cause they are so easily trained. Often used to protect both boats and residents. They are used as alarms more then go defend something, their size makes them quite harmless.
