A large isle, one of the ones that have farmlands, it is devided
into two parts by a small rocky ridge, the southern part have a
great mountain in the center and the northen one are made up by
several small city's around the coasts and farmlands and villages
towards the center.
It is ruled by the Merchant lord Aro
Coranda, and he is his turn obeys the council in Cabân,
his capital is the city of Turae, a fairly large city with
2.600 inhabitants.
The southern parts are uninhabited exept from possibly outlaws
making their living there, there are also rumors about a Castle at
the east side of the mountains, but the Castle
and the legend of the Mountain
Wizards are probably a rumor.

Turae - 2600 Inh. |

Arba is counted as a part of Peragi isle, it has a fort
protecting the harbour of Cabân, and a small city, also named Arba
with about 800 inhabitants. The isle is like the most other based on
a volcano, since long silenced and cooled of.
The most important feature with Arba is the steel that is mined from
the mountain, called simply Arba steel, it has a shiny blued color,
is a bit brittle but can be made razorsharp [RM +10 edged weapons,
half durability].

|
Arba - 800inh. |
|
A still smoldering volcano, it is a feared place, sailed around
by all exept the unfortunate few that have given the place such a
bad rumor. Legend tells that the isle is inhabited by a Evil Mage
who died eons ago but still walk the isle, feeding on the life of
the living and that he was one of H'thols generals in the Great
Wars.
A rumor that also have spread a little is that this daemon
general has great magical treasures stored since the time of the
wars. A rumor that is likely to draw some attention from bold
adventurers.

|
GM's Only: This
is of course not entirely true, since the isle is only about 100
years old. What is true is that a human magician actually lives
there, getting supplies from well-bribed sailors, he have spread the
rumors himself so he can be left in peace with his studies. More on

A real tropical paradise, many of the wealthy merchants and
captains of Peragi has bought isles here, it is considered a status
to own one, most isles are guarded by personal guards that have
orders not to let anyone to the isles, nomatter what the cost.
It is protected from teh weather by other larger isles and is
very sought after as a place to retire and a status symbol to own a
isle here

|
About 200 Inh so far, but
expanding every month. |
|
A Small rugged Isle about 60 miles south of Cabân, it only have
one small settlement, Veruga, 600 inh. that is a mining
town, it is also the marking of the Northen part of the Zhalian
Sea, a dead overgrown sea streaching from Carrizal to Draco
Isle.

|
Veruga 600 inh.
GM: Zahlian Sea can be compared to the
saragossa sea but worse. |
|
A Large Isle 40 miles NW of Peragi, one of the oldest human
settlements here. The capital of Carta is Cartara, an old stone city
and an impressive fort.

|
Cartara: 1.200 Inh. |
|
Primary military base of the morâi pirates, it is a veritable
fortress, protected by reefs and fortifications all along the way
around it, siege engines that can fire between the isles are put
up everywere, and no sane captain would ever risk exposing his
fleet to that death trap.

|
GM: It is also
a very popular place for hunted Morâi captains to take their
ships, they know that once within that ring they are compleately
save from any fleet. |
|
A dense tropical isle without any settlements, it is rumored to
be a breeding place for the Dragons on the Sea's, it is avoided at
all costs.

|
GM: A rumor that
is not entirely true.
But there lives a colony of very large flying lizards,
similar to Wyverns there, that are highly aggressive is their nests
are approached. |
|
A dense forested and mountinous isle that has to steepe sides
to be able to support a larger human city. The isle is also
rumored to be the home for a colony of ancient dragons just
waiting for some lunch to set their feet on their shores. And as
always with dragons many rumors speculate about their huge piles
of gold they have been hoarding.

|
GM: another
isle that is avoided because of dragons supposed to live there.
And in this case true, only one though and she has lay dormant and
sleeping for a couple of centuries now. If she would to wake up
would have devestating effect on neighbouring isles.

Sorcerers Isle
Home of a small Settlement of Morâi.
Not pirates like most of them instead they are a secret sorceror
enclave.
Ignoss is one of the newest isles in the archipelago, very rocky
with not much at all living there. The air are filled with sulfur
from the many geysers on the isle, it is a very ugly place not of so
much interest by any of the people living there.
The Morâi of Ignoss were sent there over 300 years ago, when the
isle were still smoldering, they were criminals that had crossed
their king and gods by invoking greater demons instead of their
gods. There they should work for the other by creating spells and
magic items to be used by the rest of the settlements.
During the centuries their sin was forgiven, now they serve the
witch-king with unparalleled loyalty, gathering information by
magical means about the things that happens around the isles. They
are capable of seeing almost anything but a council strain the
information gathered and passes what they consider important to the
witch-king.
The isle is tightly watched so no intruders can land and survive
the experience, over the years several human parties have tried to
land but almost no one have ever survived. The few that have
survived have been totally insane with fear, babbling about black
eyeless demons with claws and jaws of steel that has ripped their
shipmates to bits.
Ships sail around the isle nowadays its rumors about being
haunted and tales of lost ships and crews is too much for even the
toughest sailors.

The only Dorcadian settlement in the Archipelago, it is basically
a fortress, it's primary goal is to protect the Traders from the
Peragian Pirates.
The city Coba, 1.200 inh. is Guarded by the Thorn
Knights (that is explaining how imporant this base is) and a
powerful city guard, to it's aid they have almost half the Dorcadian
fleet, making it a very dangerous place to pass.
(GM's Only: One thing to wonder about is why, in
spite of the naval power they are, there are very few ships captured
from the peragians, are the pirates so afraid of the base that they
go by it by so far that they cannot interfere or has it some other
reason.
The Thorn Knights and many of the Guard-captains, are very well of,
maybe a bit more than what they would with the salery they have,
many also wield weapons of the finest Arba-Steel, a metal almost
more expensive than gold on the main continent. ... Many are the
rumors that circle around these proud knight, but all rumormakers
are very careful not to be noticed.)

A mountainous small isle, strongly fortified, it is a pure
military settlement, made to withstand an attack from humans or
Sea-Swords.

|
GM's Only: Under
the isle of Mardi are large caverns, large enough to harbor several
elven warships, so wether the fort is attacked or passed it is very
dangerous place.) |
|
A forrested isle, only inhabited by a small community of people,
the Town of Neray, with about 300 inhabitant, they are a peaceful
community but have still been attacked by the Dorcadian neighbours,
since they still belong to the Peragian Empire.
They are strongly opposed against Pirate Captains taking their ships
there since it is increasing the chanse of another attack.

|
|
|
A large group of isles, belonging to Ricara, about half of the
isles are inhasbited and in a total several thousend people live
there.
From these island they have much trade contact with Narkas in the
south.

|
|
|
The largest of the isles, Ricara is no longer a part of the
Peragian isles, have instead crowned a prince to rule over them, he
rules over Rica Atolls and Turquiose Atolls too.
This have started a conflict with the main Peragi goverment and
there have been some insidents between ships of the both nations
even though no war is imminent at this moment.

|
GM: For Peragi
the loss of Ricara and their prince has become more then a nuicense.
Many factions want to conqure back the land. |
|
Forest clad small isles, many inhabited by the Morâi people.
These Isles are not as involved in the fighting between the races
but people live here in a more civiliized manner and in peace. there
is no Pirate settlements here and the pirates are not very welcome
here either.

|
GM's Only: On a
couple of these isles live Morâi and Humans side by side, both very
careful to avoid detection from their own people, detection would
almost certainly mean execution for treason |

Home of the Morâi,
the isle is located far south in the archipelago, covered with dense
jungles, no sign of any farming or herding, in the southwest of the
isle a still active volcano is located, it is a magic place for the
Morâi.

A very pleasureable isle that is a bit more exposed to hard
weathers but have a very plesent and cooler climate then many of
the other isles.
It has been setteled with only a couple of small villages and
they are well known for hospitality and many and fine taverns.

"Kha-Thal", home of the Sea Swords, a small isle
with steep cliffs and dense jungles, located south in the isle is a
small well-protected lagoon, the location of the town Kha-Zhad.
Kha-Zhad has about 400 inh. 250 of them elite marines.
Across the lagoon lies usually 4-5 (of 10) longboats, the other
are out raiding other settlements or boats in or around the
archipelago.
The northen parts of the isle are very steep and practically
unlivable.

|
Kha-Zhad: 400 inh.
GM's Only: Deep inside these hills are
caverns made as shelters if the settlement should be attacked, many
treasures that have been plundered over the years are there
too. |
|
"The Fort" - The isle gives reason for it's
name, a large long isle, with several strongly fortified city's on
the north side, each with large harbors capable of containing
war-fleets.

|
|
|
The northen reaches of the Ricara rulement, beautiful atolls with
a myriad of fauna and flora, several small villages are located
here.
The paradise is a illusion though, it is one of the most exposed
places of the human settlements, often suffering from attacks from
the Morâi, hunting for slaves.

|
GM: A Peragi
Captain have resently started to build a base on one of the most
sheltered of the isles for future attacks against Ricara |
|
Vlada is a center of the military powers in Peragi, it has a
large fortified Harbour at the city of Remč (1.700 inh.),
from here most of the raids against the Dorcadian Empire are
launched, it also have the charge of stopping any advance made by
the Dorcadians in that area.
A former Swashbuckler and Pirate Captain, Hernando
Taparo, is the Commander and ruler of Vlada.

|
GM: This harbor
is the most hated by Dorcade navy and many plans have been made to
sieze it, in any prolonged time of peace it would be a danger that
these plans are made true. |
